Mr. W. Whinray, superintendent of mails at 'the Dunedin Post Office, is visiting Gisborne in the course of a tour round the 1 North Island. Mr. Whinray was stationed at Gisborne for some years. The following passengers travelled by Union Airways’ service this morning between Gisborne, Napier and Palmerston North: —Gisborne-Napier: Mrs. E. Paltridge; Miss N. Davies; Messrs. L. Lynskey, W. E. Beare and J. H. Mudford. Gisborne-Palmerston North: Miss D. Bradbury; Mr. K. MacGregor. Inward passengers yesterday afternoon were: —Palmerston North-Gisborne: Miss G. Maddon; Messrs. McNeill, Neal, Cunningham, E. Baker and J. Maddon. NapicrGisborne: Misses D. Bain, Saunders, Ogilvie, .Morrison and Z. Jackson; Messrs. N. Keyser, 11. Wall, G. Will. G. 11. Soggers, J. D. Foley, Good-all and K. Jackson.
