HIGHER TARIFF AT HOTEL
A general increase in daily tariffs for board and residence has f been decided upon by 'licensed hotel operators in Auckland. The rise, which varies from approximately 5 to ?! cent, is stated to be due to additional wages costs arising out of the operation, from December 5, of the new hotel workers’ award.
