FIGHT IN SECRET
BRITISH LICIIITWEIGHT LONDON, Nov. 4. Articles were signed in London last night for the most extraordinary fight since the days of Jem Mace and the knuckle-fighters. Parties to the signing were Arthur Danahar, oT London, and Eric Boon, of Chatteris, Cambridgeshire, two lightweights both under 20 years of age. Because each has a crushing knockout punch, they have been invested with almost supernatural fighting power, and a match between them has become what is known in boxing circles as a natural. They will meet within the next three weeks at a private party staged by a wealthy sportsman in a house within 20 miles of London, but the match-maker, Sydney Hulls, refused to say last night where it was or the name of the patron. The purse for which the boxers will fight is the biggest ever paid to lightweights in Great Britain. Each boxer will probably receive between £BSO and £IOOO.
