SNOWBOUND ELECTORATE
POLLING FOR KINROSS

The candidates in the Kinross byelection toured the snowbound electorate, where polling takes place today, armed with shovels with which to dig themselves out in the event ol snowdrifts.
The candidates are the Duchess ol Atholl, who has been the Unionist member for 15 years, and is seeking re-election as an Independent and Mr. W, McNair Snadden, the official Unionist.
