After writing an apology from gaol, Frank Harrison, who was sentenced to six months’ goal for contempt of court for throwing tomatoes at Lord Justices Clauson and Goddard in the Appeal Court, following the rejection of his appeal for a new trial, was released by the same judges at whom he threw the missiles.
