Messages from state that the Chinese Government has ordered the complete reorganisation of the Kwantung Government. General Li Han-Wen has been appointed as Governor. The commissioner of Civil Affairs, Ku LLChun has replaced Dr. T. L. Soong as Finance Minister. General Chang FakWei has been appointed as commander in chief in South China.
