GISBORNE TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONSHIP DRAW HANDICAP SECTION The Poverty Bay and East Coast Lawn Tennis Association’s annual championship tournament will commence on Monday, and will continue tor the following four days. On the first day, ladies’ games will be played on the Whataupoko counts and the men on the Gisborne club’s courts, Kaiti. There will be no junior events on the first day, but juniors playing in senior events will be required as drawn. Any competitor who is not an active member of an affiliated club will be asked to withdraw. The cup donated by Mr. G. Chrisp has been allocated to the combined handicap doubles.
