N.Z. ROWING REGATTA ALLOCATION OF £250 (Per Press Association.) BLENHEIM, this day. What is believed to be a record in prize money was allotted last night by the committee appointed by the Marlborough Rowing Association to conduct the New Zealand championship regatta on Picton harbour on February 11.
