TYRES NOT COVERED
WARRANTS OF FITNESS REGULATION NEEDED (Pnr Press Association.J WELLINGTON, last night. The magistrate Mr. J. L. Stout, in a judgment delivered to-day, decided that warrants of fitness under the present regulations did not include tyres and, if we wanted to have tyres in decent order, there would have to be a regulation providing for it.
