HUGE NATIONAL LOSS
DEPRESSION IN U.S.A
(Reed. Dec. 3, 9 a.m.) NEW YORK, Dec. 1. The Commissioner of Labour Statistics, Mr. Lubin, testifying before the monopoly inquiry committee, said the depression had resulted in a loss of national income of £2,640,000,000, of which £238,000,000 represents loss of wages and salaries.
