SEIZURE PROHIBITED
PICTURES OF GOERING
“SPIRITUAL” INFLUENCE
(Reed. Dec. 3, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 1
The Berlin correspondent of The Times says <t)h'at the bailiffs have been prohibited from seizing pictures of General Goering because the Neubrandemburg Court has ruled that these are necessary to the spiritual development of every modest German household.
The decision is the outcome of a case in which power was sought to seize an oil painting of General Goering from a father of seven children.
