Four-year-old’s Escapade
Disappearing from his home at 9 a.m. on Thursday, an adventurous boy aged lour spent the day touring Palmerston North in a pedal car which he commandeered from in front of a shop window. The child's. father I spent an anxious day searching for I him, and it was not until 4 o’clock . in fhe afternoon that lie came upon '.his son pedalling happily along Main 'street. Even after seven hours’ pedalling the child had not had niough and was captured only after a chase.
