GRAIN SHIPS RELEASED
MEDITERRANEAN RAIDERS CARGOES FOR BRITAIN (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 2 p.m. RUGBY, Dec. 1. The Prime Minister, Mr. Neville Chamberlain, announced in the House of Commons to-day that the two Greek ships under charter to the British Go vernment and carrying cargoes of Rumanian wheat, which were seized and taken into Palma Bay by the Spanish Nationalist naval forces, have been released and are to sail to-mor-row.
Mr. Chamberlain added that the British Government was still in communication with General Franco about other ships with British cargoes which had been seized.
