SELF-DETERMINATION AIM REQUESTS FOR ASSISTANCE HITLER AND MUSSOLINI (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Nov. 21. 12.30 p.m.) BUDAPEST, Nov. 20. It is reported that Czech troops, pursuing Ruthenian deserters, crossed the Hungarian frontier. The Hungarian frontier guard opened fire and the Czechs withdrew alter several had been killed or wounded.
It is reported that 74 Ruthenian towns and villages have telegraphed to Herr Hitler and Signer Mussolini and the President of Poland, M. Ignacy Moscicki. asking them to give effect to their right to self-determination.
