DUCHESS OF ATHOLL KINROSS CANDIDATE (Rec. Nov. 21, 12 noon.) LONDON, Nov. SW). The Kinross and West Perth Unionist Association decided, by 273 votes to 167 to seek a candidate in place ot the Duchess of Atholl, the silting Conservative member, whose Liberal views are a thorn in the side of many Conservatives.
She intends to run as an independent candidate.
