REORGANISATION SCHEMES
LONDON, Oct. 26.
The Prime Minister, Mr. Chamberlain, is preparing preliminaries toward a more comprehensive realisation of the resolve for peace that he and Herr Hitler set down on a halfsheet of paper at Munich. But although many rumours were circulated all through the week, Herr Hitler has so far not forwarded to London any suggestion for an AngloGerman agreement, an air pact, or a solution of the colonies problem. The Fuehrer is preoccupied in consolidating Austria, reorganising Sudetenland, establishing political and fiscal understandings with the Czech Government, and moderating the Hungarian, Polish and Rumanian claims against Slovakia and Ruthenia.
