OTAHUHU WORKSHOPS DISPUTE OVER WORK TWO LABOURERS INVOLVED (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. Fifteen hundred men are idle at the Otahuhtt railway workshops in consequence of a unanimous decision made early this afternoon.
