SUPREME COURT OPENS
SESSION AT TIMAIIU (P«r Pross Association.) TIMARU, this day. The criminal session of the Supreme Court was opened this morning before Mr. Justice Northcroft. Only two criminal charges were preferred, one of hit-and-run against Lachlan John Frant for negligently driving so as to cause bodily harm and with failing to stop and give practical assistance after an accident. The grand jury returned true bills on both charges.
