ARBITRATION COURT
HEAVY AUCKLAND LIST (Per Prnss Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. The 'first Arbitration Court commenced its sessions in Auckland this morning, part of the day being occupied in making 'fixtures. Considerable business has accumulated since the last Arbitration Court sittings in Auckland, and the fixtures already made will 'take the court into October. Mr Justice O’Regan announced that no more fixtures for compensation cases would be made for the present after September 29.
