NATIONALITY STATUTE POSSIBLE AMENDMENTS WELCOME TO RUNCIMAN (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Aug. 4. 12 noon) LONDON, Aug. 3 The Prague correspondent of The Times says that the Czech ' Prime Minister, Dr. Hodza, to-day handed to the Sudeten German Party a written reply, described as “completely satisfactory” to the Sudeten questionnaire, concerning the proposed nationality statute, stating that the draft of the statute was subject to amendment by negotiation which opens, as distinct from the talks, simultaneously with the arrival of Viscount Runciman who is to act as mediator. Lord Runciman arrived in Prague this afternoon. He was welcomed by members of the Czech Foreign Office and members Of the Cabinet and of the Sudeten German Party and several hundred Czechs. There was. no demonstration. \
