CAMPAIGN BY ARABS
SPREAD FROM JERUSALEM
JERUSALEM, July 26. A complete Arab strike has begun and is spreading to other cities. At 'Haifa, marines and police, patrolling in lorries, and fire engines are preventing entrance to the Jewish quarter. Traffic is at a standstill.
