FIRE IN CHANCELLERY
NINK WORKERS ARRESTED

The Berlin correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says that German secret police have established that the Chancellery fire of July 20 was due to arson. Nine workmen iiave been arrested for the offence, which is punishable by death.
