FLIGHT FROM LAND
PROBLEM IN GERMANS
BERLIN, July 11
To end the flight of Germans from occupations on the land, Field-Marshal Goering, who is in charge of the fouryear self-sufficiency plan, has decreed that marriage loans for rural couples shall become presents, accompanied by interest-free loans for equipment and Jive slock aggregating £l5O.
These loans will he wiped out if either husband or wife remains on the land for 10 years. Additional grants of £4O are offered to persons for every five years' work they do as land-workers or agricultural craftsmen .
