EXAMINATIONS IN MUSIC (Reed. July 16, 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, July 15. The Duke of Kent, who presided over a meeting of the Associated Board of Royal Schools of Music at St. James Palace to-day, endorsed the value of local examinations in Britain and the Dominions.
