Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY, June 25. The fourth international advertising convention will open at Glasgow on Monday and continue until Wednesday. Delegates will be present representing 17 countries, including the United States, Canada and Australia.
Separate countries will be represented in the Continental Advertising Association and Nordic Association.
