Ex-Students Drop Two Points
Old Boys’ Exceptional Form
Flashing Runs By Fine Backs
Prior to'Saturday’s senior matches, leadership in the championship competition conducted by the Poverty Bay Rugby Union was divided by Celtic and H. 5.0.8. The defeat of H. 5.0.8. by Old Boys on Saturday, concurrently with the success of Celtic against. Old Boys’ Colts, enabled Celtic to take the lead alone, with a fine chance of running out*champions for the season if they can also beat Old Boys at their next meeting. This promises to be the game of the season, for Old Boys have developed really fine form and will be exceptionally hard to beat if they can reproduce the play they showed the spectators in the latest series of games.
