ADVICE FROM A.A. PATROL THIS MORNING'S REPORT The following report on the conditions of the highways out of Gisborne has been made available by the resident A.A. patrol. Mr. D. M. McGregor, and was prepared this morning:— Gisborne-Wairoa, via Morero.— Blocked. Gisborne-Wairoa. via Tiniroto.— Blocked for lijrht traffic and not advised for heavy traffic. Gisborne-Opotiki, via Waioeka Valley.—Blocked; expected to be clear at 3 p.m.
