SUIT AGAINST AIRMEN CTjOUSTON ANT) RICKETTS 4 LONDON, April 14. The owner of the De Havilland Comet in which Flying-Officer A. E. Clouston and Victor Ricketts established the New Zealand-and-back world records last month, Mr. F. E. Tasker, is claiming damages against the flyers. The dispute is over the fact that after landing at Sydney, Clouston and, Ricketts flew on over the Tasman Sea to New Zealand. Mr. Tasker alleges that this extra flight was not in the contract signed before the flight started. Mr. Tasker, who is a garage proprietor, bought the Comet some time ago, and has since hired it out to record flyers. Loading ' Arawa, at Lyttelton, thence Dunedin, New Plymouth and Wellington.
