MINISTERIAL VISITS

TWO WITHIN FORTNIGHT MR. WEBB NEXT WEEK Two Ministerial visits to the Bay of Plenty electorate have been arranged for the coming fortnight. The Hon. P. C. Webb, Minister of Mines, is expected next week, while the Hon. F. Langstone, Minister of Lands and acting-Minister of Agriculture, is due the following week. Advice regarding the Bay of Plenty electorate arrangements have been received from Mr. A. G. Hultquist, M.P., who states that public addresses will be given by the Ministers as follows:-!

The Hon. P. C. Webb.—MatawSi. May 13; Tolaga Bay, May 18; Wai-o-matatini and Ruatoria, May 19 The Hon. F. Langstone.—Edgecumbe, May 17; Opotiki, May 18.

The visit from the Minister of Mines to the CoSst was designed to fit in with the Wai-o-matatini hui on May 19, on the occasion of the opening of the Pourourangi meeting house.

No advice has been received of either of the Ministers addressing meetings in Gisborne.
