Found in a state of helpless drunkenness in Stanley road on April 27, Leonard Naylor came before Mr. E. r Walton S.M., in the Police Court to-dav Senior-Sergeant J. F. H. Macnamar'a said that the man was out n the pouring rain when arrested “This man has been knocking about tnwn in a semi-drunken condition.’ the Senior-Sergeant added. He has been drinking for several weeks and when arrested by Constable McCuirach he was out in the ram in his shirt, and was bordering on a state of delirium.”
