The November butter average for the Wairoa County Group Herd Testing Association was 401 b per cow, an increase of 51b on the figure for November last year. The highest herd average was 581 b. Averages for last month, compared with those for the corresponding month last year, are tabulated below:
The highest herd average last month was secured by one of 13 cows, which averaged 581 b of butterfat, and the highest co\v produced 911 b of fat.
