HOUSE OF COMMONS DECISION BY CABINET (British Official Wireless.) Reed. noon. RUGBY, Oct. 1.2. The Leader of the Labour Party in tire House of Commons, Major C. R Attlee, accompanied by Mr. A. Greenwood, the Labour member for Wakefield, called on the Prime Minister, Mr. Neville Chamberlain, at Downing Street to-day. Some days ago Major Attlee approached Mr. Chamberlain requesting the reassembly of Parliament at an early date for a debate on foreign affairs. The Cabinet has decided that there is no occasion to call Parliament before the date fixed, but when the House of Commons meets to-morrow week there will be a debate on the international situation, arrangements regarding which may have been under discussion to-day between Mr. Chamberlain and the Opposition leaders.
