SESSION OF CONGRESS
FOREIGN AFFAIRS REVIEW WASHINGTON, Oct. 13. President Roosevelt, in the course of a broadcast speech this evening, said that a special session of Congress would be held on November 15. Mr. Roosevelt stated that the foreign situation would then be reviewed. The President also said that the session would deal with the control of the nation’s crops and the question of wages and hours.
