Conditions for training at the Park were perfect this morning, there being a good attendance of interested onlookers. Royal Mimic tDornun) was the first stripped, running four furlongs in o3see„ doing it easily. Fiuestitch (Dornan) was set the same task, taking 2-sscc. longer. Mangatai (Rangi) gave a safe display of jumping over five fences. The Ace —Polytivious colt ran a mile at three-quarter pace. Night Nurse’s filly (Rangi) v’as going easily to run three furlongs in 39 4-ssec. Hunting Crop (Sadler) was two lengths ahead of Stiehbird (Redstone) over five furlongs in 1.2 3-5. Quilp (Rangi) was given a short sprint. Firelock (Zuppicich) went a round at three-quarter pace. Head Shepherd (Redstone) went a round at a slow half-pace and sprinted up the straight. Mahala (Lorigan) was going as well as Hinepit (Redstone) over four furlongs in 50 3-sscc. Kala Moti (Redstone) went three furlongs at three-quarter pace after doing a round at half-pace. Nordica’s filly (Zuppicich) sprinled down the straight. Whakao (Dornan) ran four furlongs in 50sec without being unduly bustled. Bing Boy (Russell) went four furlongs in 52 3-ssec. Quaint (Kerr) ran the last five of seven furlongs in 1.5, doing it fairly easily. Minnow (Kerr) ran a mile in 1.4 G, a fair effort. Gay Hunter (Dornan) was going better than Mendelssohn (Kelletl) over four furlongs in 51sec. Crossword’s filly (Dunn) and the Lady Horton colt (Dornan) were sprinted up the straight, the former pleasing most. P. Beckford (Kerr) ran four furlongs on the plough very comfortably in 52sec. Hookah’s filly (Feasy) went three furlongs in 38 2-ssec„ going very well. Defora (Russell) was sprinted up :he straight. This filly is improving. Ihu (Kerr) was always going better 'hail Ua-Ia over four furlongs in 19sec„ the former pleasing best. Brown Lap (Russell) ran seven furlongs in 1.33; the gelding could have done better. Mailman (Rangi) jumped five fences in a very proficient style. Pennycomequick (Dornan) and Flying ‘ Comedy (Kellctt) were comoanions over four furlongs in 50 2-5 sec., finishing on terms. The former is a very lazy worker.
