TREASURE IN PIANO
SPANISH SOLDIER’S FIND BANK NOTES AND OEMS (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Oct. 11, 3 p.m.) MADRID, Oct. 10. A soldier who was attempting to play a piano in a house in the Carabanchcl sector after the capture of the area found that the instrument would make no sound. He lifted the lid and found that the inside of the piano was stuffed with bank notes and small sacks of jewellery valued at £IOOO.
