FAMOUS FILM MAKER
SUES COMPANY FOR £20,000 HOLLYWOOD, Aug. 30. Frank Capra, the famed film director, and winner of the coveted Academy Award, has filed a suit against the Columbia Pictures Corportion alleging breach of contract. Capra asks £20,000, which be claims is due to him under an agreement. He alleges that “the company unlawfully used his name with pictures distributed in the British Isles.”
