There was a light court list at the recent sitting presided over by Mr. E. L. Walton, S.M., at the Te' Araroa Police Court. Alby Mulligan was fined £1 and costs 15s .for casting offensive matter in the public bar of the Kawakawa Hotel. PEiki Karaka was fined 10s and costs 17s for a breach of his prohibition, ■order.
