LONDON, June 1. Ex-Chicago Police Sergeant William Burrow, revisiting his native town of Faversham, Kent, after 50 years, has never seen a gangster or a hold-up in 25 years in Chicago. He said to-day: "Chicago is a Christian city with God-fearing people. Scenario writers have given the city its bad name; I cannot tell you any real stories of guys with sawn-off guns, and as for shooting, why, Chicago is as safe as Faversham.
