BRITAIN AND AMERICA EMPIRE CO-OPERATION CONFERENCE IX DICATION (British Oflirial Wireless.) Reed. 1.30 p.m. RUGBY, July 13. The president of the Board of Trade, Mr. Oliver Stanley, replying to a question in the House of Commons, said that the Dominions and Southern Rhodesia, through their representatives who were in London recently, had expressed full sympathy with the desire of the Anglo-Ameri-can Governments to expand the world's trade. Further discussions were now taking place between Britain and America in the hope that it would be possible to find a basis for trade negotiations.
