CANTERBURY LECTURES RECEPTION TO VISITORS (Pur Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. The Civic Theatre was packed latei in the morning, first for the first general lecture delivered by Dr. Rugg on “the basic principles of curriculum making,” and then for the civic reception tendered them by the Mayor, Mr. J. W. Bealand.
