The speed restriction sign placed at the borough boundary, Upper Gladstone road, is to be moved to the corner of Clarence street, where it will be under a street lamp. The Borough Council agreed to this last night, when the town clerk, Mr. W. M. Jenkins, pointed out that several visiting motorists who had been stopped for exceeding the speed limit in that locality had stated they had not seen the sign. An inspection of the sign at night had shown it was not readily visible.
