OBITUARY
MISS JANET MORRISON The death ocurred at the Cook Hospital during the week-end of Miss Janet Morrison, of 2k Carnarvon street. The deceased, who had reached her seventy-fifth year, was born in the West Indies, being the daughter of a soldier. She subsequently went to live in Glasgow, where she passed the greater portion of her life. About 28 years ago she came out to New Zealand to take up employment with Mrs. King Spencer, Tolaga Bay, and several years afterwards came 'to live in Gisborne, where she had resided ever since. The late Miss Morrison left no relatives in this country. The interment took place at the Taruheru cemetery this gfternoon.
