SUCCESSION IN SYDNEY RACING POSTPONED SYDNEY, June 30. Rain has fallen in Sydney every day, including to-day, since June 18. The total fall registered for the month is 15J inches, making the month the second wettest June recorded in history for 96 years. The Kensington races, which were to have ben held to-day, were postponed.
