ANTAGONISM TO CABINS^ PARTIES’ MANIFESTO (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. May 29, 2 p.m.) LONDON, May 28. The Tokio correspondent of The Times says that the Miuseito and Seiyukiil parties have opened an anti-Cabinet campaign, issuing a joint manifesto demanding its resignation and declaring that the Cabinet was an obstacle, to national unity and hindered the execution of emergency policies. The manifesto, angling for the army’s support; unequivocally accepts its doctrine in national emergency.' The Prime Minister. General Hayashi, still professes his determination to meet the Diet and test its attitude.
