REMOVING RESTRICTIONS OSLO PO WEES' PACT (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. May 29, 1.30 p.m.) THE HAGUE, May 28. Six Oslo conference Powers have signed a convention aiming at improving trade relations and interesting other Powers in the matter. Belgium, Holland, and Luxembourg appeared' to admit, without restriction, goods from other signatory countries, Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden, which will refrain from taking the initiative by increasing existing restrictions.
