The commencement of bis fourteenth term as chairman of the Poverty Bay Electric-Power Board was siginalis : ed by Mr. F. R. Bail to-day by a luncheon gathering, at which he entertained his follow-niombers and representatives of the press. Occasion was taken to wish Mr. Ball a continuation of the success which has marked his supervision of the board's affairs since the inception of the authority.
