"If the time comes again, as in the last war, when it is necessary to resort to nationalisation, it will not he the armament firms alone that will he nationalised,” said Mr. A. Duff Cooper, Secretary of State for War, in the House of Commons.
Until that time came, he submitted there was no case for a sudden, violenl revolution in th© industrial world.
