CAR AND TRAM SMASH
WOMAN HURT FATALLY MAN IN HOSPITAL (Pur Truss Association.) AUCKLAND, .this day. The death occurred in the Auckland Hospital this morning' of Mrs. Ivy Cavenett, aged 40 years, a resident of Parnell, who sustained head injuries when a motor car in which she was a passenger was involved in a head-on collision with a tramcar about midnight, on .Saturday, May 8, on the Great South Road.
Another passenger in the car, Cyril Francis Green, aged .'!-', of Ellerslic, who was injured in the head is in a very serious condition in the. Auckland Hospital.
