The question of the New Zealand Davis Cup player, D. C. -Coombe, was discussed by the council of the New Zealand Lawn Tennis Association at the quarterly meeting.
It was stated in reply to a question by tho Auckland delegate regarding the amount recoverable by the association that the return fare to England, £l4B, was recoverable from the Davis 'Cup fund. The financial statement showed that Coombe was also given an allowanco of £2O by the tennis association.
