Tho San Sebastian correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says it is understood that the Spanish Nationalists have offered to exchange four English prisoners for the two German airmen, Captain Walter Kionzle and Lieutenant Qunther Scliulzeplnnek, who were captured by the Government forces at Bilbao and sentenced to death, but'were reprieved until Thursday pending negotiations For their exchange. The Bilbao correspondent of The Times says that Wandel. another German pilot recently captured by the Basques, has been condemned to death.
